I received my international shipment in terrible condition. The box was wet, broken and delivered upside down. While I acknowledge that the item may have undergone a transfer between companies, it is still unacceptable for the customer to receive it in its current state.I'm extremely dissatisfied with the experience and would rate it 0 if possible.
