Got completely screwed by them. I was naive, I trusted them since I got the car I have only mechanical issues. They gave me that car with 9 years old tires so obviously, that was the first problem. The car had iddle speed issue that you could see and hear but they kept saying that was okay. I bought the car to my mechanic 2 months after purchase because I was tired about a noise that was supposed to be nothing" on the back. My mechanic called me and said that we have a big problem. He said that I was driving for the last 2 months with a wheel that was about to fall off! I had to pay 1200$ to fix this on a car that I bought 3500 plus left my Honda Element for swap. Since then

I made arrangements to check out a vehicle and when I arrived, it was in the shop across the street due to two engine light codes. I was being pressured into making the purchase and assured that the engine light issue was not a big deal and that I could trust his mechanic. He tried to sell me on an extended warranty because the engine light issue could come back after a week. I phoned his mechanic afterwards and he would not divulge what the engine light was on for. He took my number to call me back when the engine was fixed but didn't call me back and sold the vehicle to someone else.

Never have I received better customer service, ever! At first, I even thought the deal I was getting was too good to be true because the car market is so overpriced, but after owning my Infiniti g35 for over 8 months now, I can confidently say Bridgeview Motors is truly one of a kind, and is the place to go if you’re tired of scammy salesmen with nothing but bad deals. I bought a 2018 rav 4 1 and a half year ago from Malik. Very friendly and he gave me good deal and told me to buy warranty in case any mechanical problem. It was very good idea because I got my ac hose fixed by my mechanic and everything was covered under warranty. Thank you to Malik for good advice and great deal on my favourite car.

I bought a used 2008 BMW 528xi from Bridge View motors couple years ago. Mr Ishtiaq convinced me to get extended warranty as it was used vehicle. There was no issue with vehicle at that time but after 2 years when I had issue and all my repairs were covered under warranty. Very thankful to Mr. Ishtiaq for great customer service.
