Everyone writing 1 star reviews are glue bags. This place has good rental rates, they ask you if you want the short or long run and tell you the times and water levels before departure. They drive you up the river based on your choice of long or short run and you float down to a sign and get out and walk <5 minutes to your car. My only major tip is bring water shoes so if and when you have to walk a little it doesnt hurt your feet.

Outstanding summer fun! Well organized, great staff, quality tubes, perfect shuttle service and there is also a washroom/changing room facility. Well worth the $20 spent!

I went for a tube trip with a group of friends, I loved it. It was a fantastic time. If you ever get a chance to do this, I hardly recommend it. The prices were right, friendly, courteous and professional... My only regret is not bringing enough sunscreen. I look like a lobster.

Great place to go and enjoy a float down the river. Kind and professional staff. They do most of the heavy lifting and explain everything you need to know to have a fun time.Make sure you don't bring any glass bottles.Recommend bringing a cooler getting a cooler tube" then tie your group to it.At the beginning you need to paddle across the river to catch the current then its pretty much clear sailing until the end.Recommended the tubes with the headrest and the solid bottom."

ABSOLUTELY INSANE. No where on the website does it talk about how BAD the entrance and exit points are. We had my grandfather who is pretty capable, but their short run “entrance” was basically a cliff drop off and even the adults of the group couldn’t of done it let alone the senior of the group so we had to choose to do the long run and then pay the extra money. Now the “exit”. It took 4 of us to climb and push my grandfather up a cliff, to cross a highway, and then walk back as that was the safest route as their “exit” is a very narrow walkway that’s in the rushing currant (even young adults chose to climb the hill over their “exit”). Almost everyone one chose to go up the hill and everyone I saw was debating what side of the hill was less steep as there is 2 “trails”. Horrible way to start and end the experience. But thankfully we had a awesome time on the river. DONT RECOMMEND if you have any mobility issues or small children as their employees really didn’t seem to care or help and said “well sometimes we tell people up here” when we did voice our concerns and it was all seeming like more of a money grab for how little of an “entrance” their short run was. Don’t come here!

Staff was friendly, tubes were of decent quality although the shortest member (5'2) was recommended a smaller tube which apparently made things uncomfortable and she likely should have opted for a normal sized tube. Entry to the river was easy thanks to their drop off service. The long run was as advertised, approximately 2.5 hours. We were advised by staff to be vigilant and keep our eyes peeled for a signage indicating the run was done. Signage was very small and easy to miss. Exit was treacherous and hazardous. You have to walk in the water (with your tube) under a bridge where there are numerous slippery rocks , up a hill and up some steps to get back to the parking and return your tube. The general consensus of the group was that we'd likely not return to this location. We've tried numerous tubing locations accross the province and this one provided the worst experience out of them all.

So much fun! Easy and relatively quick sign in process, great price and amazing experience. River was wonderful, tubes were comfortable! Get the luxury tubes, totally worth it! Did the shorter run, and took some paddling to get out of the whirlpool" at the drop off

We went tubing at this site as a family at the end of August and I can only now bring myself to speak about it as my friends encouraged me to let others know how easily things can go wrong. This company is very flippant - they don't issue life jackets and instead ask you to sign a liability waiver. If it was not for my 18 year old son jumping into save me I would have drowned on my outing. My tube hit an overhanging tree in the rapids and I was injured and knocked into the swirling water. Every time I surfaced I was dragged back under by the force of the rapids. I couldn't sleep for days afterwards. This is a dangerous and badly run organisation. I am an adult and can swim. I would definitely not recommend this for children. And no-one should be allowed in the waters without life jackets.
