Elite Tree Care

My neighbour next door hired them to remove their tree and they were a delight to chat with. I asked for the wood and they went above and beyond with accommodating my requests. My impression is they are true professionals. They really took care of the space they were working within and were very respectful in every way. I didn’t even hire them but decided to take the time to write this review because I think they deserve it.

Everyone I dealt with in the office and in the field (well, actually my backyard...) was excellent. They were quick to respond to my queries with clear information and the work was completed exactly as promised-- maybe even better-- efficiently and on time. 100% would use again.

Elite has been looking after major tree pruning/removal on our ravine woodland property for eight years. All Elite team members are knowledgeable, professional and passionate about their work. They understand and care about maintaining the urban forest.

Wenda and her team helped us prune our trees and hedges, and i am super satisfied with the work. The communication was clear, and Wenda was professional and knowledgable in what she does. I required trimming of several trees as well as removal of a dead tree. The service from estimate to completion of work was excellent and very professional. Potential issues were pointed out on the inspection and a very detailed estimate was sent with 24 hrs . All communications with the office was friendly and pleasant, as was the work crew and forester who did the work on-site. Cleanup was also very good. I cannot recommend this company more highly and I am very satisfied.

Used Elite Tree after being referred by a friend who sits on his condo board, who also use 'em (I knew they had already shopped around/did more research than I, etc.).Had a cedar and cherry tree pruned, and a smaller maple tree removed as advised to reduce resource competition against the cherry tree, which we very much want to preserve/protect.Scheduled date aligned with expectations set during the original consult. Staff showed up on time, and got many more staff than anticipated -- I thought it'd take 2 people most of the day, but instead got a crew of 6, who churned through the work in just a few hours.Staff were careful (not breaking stuff with falling limbs/off-cuts/etc.), courteous, and after they left you'd never know they were there, aside from sawdust where the removed tree's stump sat at ground level. Will definitely use again, when the time comes.

Wenda and her team were amazing. Clearly experts in the field and understand the dynamics of the trees in downtown Toronto. The trees were trimmed perfectly but also to ensure the health and longevity of the tree. The team was professional, engaging and very clean as there was absolutely nothing to clean up afterwards. I had 5 trees (very large > 30ft tall) trimmed so it was not an easy task. They were efficient and kind. My toddler son was fascinated by the activity and they took time to engage and be very nice to him as well. 100% would hire again and have already recommended them to my neighbours. Finally, excellent price point for the work compared to other quotes. 5+ stars for me.

Elite removed a large black locust tree in our backyard, in tight quarters in downtown Toronto. They were incredibly diligent, professional, and fair. Even our neighbours complimented us on the great job they did, how polite they were, and how clean they left the job site. Elite was recommended to us by another tree care company that quoted our removal, and I’d be happy to recommend them as well based on our experience.

I dealt with Riley at the office who had Henry do our trimming, etc. Everything handled professionally and I would say they went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended!
