I came to Montana’s with my two friends today. Shari was sooooo friendly and helpful with my accommodations!! The environment was very positive and inviting, reflected by the large amount of families in here tonight.

It was a slow evening and we waited much too long to be seated and for the order to be taken.The spinach dip was good. We weren't given the option to ask for pitas so we got chips only. The chips were in crumbles and seemed to have come from the bottom of a bag. When we asked for additional chips it came in a skillet that was rusty. (see picture)The sweet potato fries were burnt and shouldn't have left the kitchen.We had to ask for it to be replaced. The replacement was done right.(see pictures below)We also had to ask for cutlery.After 2 bad experiences from different locations I have decided to remove Montanas from thw list of places where I eat.

Always love going to Montana’s. Service from Jahnai was friendly and professional and the food is always consistent and tastes great. This visit we got two types of wings (medium and honey garlic), nachos, spinach dip and the garlic bread. My husband really likes the breaded wings and Momma’s lemonade. Also we recommend love the smoky bacon Mac and cheese and firecracker burger. If we have room after we enjoy the donuts too.

Great food and prices. Melissa was an awesome waitress! Checked up on us frequently and got us drinks and anything we asked for in a timely manner! The conversation was also very pleasant! GIVE HER A RAISE!

The server we had was Kara and we was wonderful. She made sure everything we needed was on the table, napkins forks and knives etc. she also made our food was cooked good and made sure to check in on us to make sure everything was good also.I can’t say the same about the bowmanville location. Last time I went with my family we didn’t enjoy it at all. We had to get our own napkins from the bar. We also had to ask for forks. We wanted to go for a quick dinner out. But we were there for over 2 hours. My grandpas Mac and cheese was burnt. My steak was very very rare like so much blood. I asked for medium rare. I couldn’t eat it. I can mind some blood but that was too much. I had to wipe it up with a napkin. The waitress was very talkative which is good but not when it’s really busy and everyone was hungry. I was very disappointed until I went to this location and met Kara. She was an absolute sweetheart!Thank you for changing my mind about Montana’s.

I was served by Laura P and our experience was excellent. Our server was very friendly and the establishment was very clean and proper. The food came quick and the service to get us a nice seat for just the two of us in a quiet corner booth was accomplished with ease. We will definitely be returning after such a good experience! My only complaint was the buttermilk chicken had too hard of a skin on it but tasted really good regardless after struggling to bite through the outer shell. Other then that we were very satisfied

Servers were fast and attentive and knowledgeable to the menu and quick to answer any questions. Happily recommended anytime. Kara was my server and happy to see again anytime.

Leanne was awesome. Funny persons-able. hope get get her again. Host or manager was friendly. Liked my beer choice.Fajitas were good. Quick service.Patio was a really nice breeze. I’ll be back.

First time coming here with my boyfriend, he wanted the all you can eat ribs. Our waitress Hayley was amazing! She made sure we were comfortable and happy. Always making sure ribs were on the table. Also if your unsure what to get, she fantastic at making suggestions!!
