To me the staff is always helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone who needs to get a pair of hearing aids. They are willing to make it easier for you to talk about the difference between the hearing aids.

My mother bought hearing aids from the folks who owned this location before Hear Canada took over. The staff at Hear Canada did not properly recalibrate her hearing aids. Instead, they tried to sell her a new set in late December for $5000. They were not good at all for her needs. We got the old ones" back
