Absolutely the worse!!!Do not even think about calling branch number. You'll get a machine and good luck trying to get past it. Even if you do, you will be met with usual All our representatives are currently busy

I had reviewed this branch at 5 stars for a long time. I bank here monthly and never had an issue, the staff is always wonderful and on time for banking...until...today. When your teller throws paper work at me.. across the desk area it's so unprofessional because he jumps to conclusions about something because he basically didn't want to deal with my problem. Needless to say I am saddened by this horrible experience since I actually enjoyed this branch... NOT ANYMORE.

This Branch needs to train their employees better. Gentleman asked me for additional information which I didn't need. I went home grabbed the additional information went to another branch downtown guelph and they told me I didn't need that additional information the gentleman asked for at the Silvercreek location. Time wasted I will not return to the Silvercreek Branch due to untrained employees working with customers.

I think the two drive through bays are really great. It’s nice to do the banking in the car especially in the winter when you have strangers sleeping in there. So it’s safer to drive your car through instead of going in thanks great option.The employees in the bank are really nice too and it is a very clean establishment too. Tks

I was there yesterday dec 29 2022 to open an account and I stood up for 2 hrs at the front desk to do it. Bad service, they treat their customers like a homeless.
