Bait & Switch Scam!!!....Consumers Beware!!Several years ago purchased a brand new acoustic Tanglewood acoustic guitar for our daughter from Quest Music. The guitar was kept in mint condition with it's model/serial number plaque clearly visible through the centre opening on the face of the guitar.The guitar wasn't used for several years, stored in the appropriate case, when early spring of 2022 our youngest son thought he would learn to play it.A string broke on the Tanglewood, so we decided to have it restrung at Spirited Music, 246 St Mary's Rd. Trying to support a local small business post covid-19 closures.My son called the store April 11, 2022 and was told he could bring the guitar in any time to have it restrung. He went this same day, thinking the work would be completed while he was there, but was told by an old guy" to leave the guitar for a day to have the work completed. He was given no receipt of the drop off

The instructors are great here, very enthusiastic about teaching. The price is very reasonable for weekly lessons, pay per month.
