Next Optical

I've been a long time customer of Next Optical in Oakville and have always found them to have exceptional service and great prices. They offer different options for lenses and explain each one carefully so you know exactly what you're getting. They ask questions about how you use your glasses and make recommendations based on feedback. They never use high pressure sales tactics in my experience. They have a huge selection of frames from well known brands. Eye exams can be arranged too and done in the same premises. I have no hesitation in recommending Next Optical to anyone looking for eyeglasses and sunglasses.

I have been coming to this store for my eyewear for the past 8 years or so, even come from Hamilton as I am a loyal customer. This past week they went way above the call of duty for me and I am thrilled with their service. I bought Maui Jim rx shades a couple years ago, and the temple end of the arm started to rub on the lense directly in my line of view leaving a noticeable mark. I asked if I could buy a new lense, and Bo said he would send them to MJ for inspection, and possible warranty. ( I had my back up pair of MJ's to use while waiting ) Maui Jim replaced them with a brand new pair !!! I couldn't believe it !!! Still a bit in shock. I hope the store lets MJ know how much I appreciate the amazing service I just received. Thank you for making my day :) Will definitely be back to Next Optical for my next pair !!

Amazing service. Friendly people. Very helpful and patient while you trying to make your decisions. And they obviously have an stellar selection of glasses.Side note: I was in the store with my two children when the person from the previous review came in. Although I don’t know what the back story is, he was immediately angry and confrontational. The situation was dealt with perfectly by the owners. He was brought outside to discuss as to not disrupt the other customs. I was with my two children and really appreciated how it was dealt with in a calm and professional manner. Thank you.

Next Optical takes the headache out of getting new glasses. Pavin and Jaspreet have been extremely helpful in finding a pair of glasses that suit my look. Great prices for top quality glasses. Would recommend to anyone looking for glasses or contacts. Thank you and keep up the great work!

No matter where you are in the GTA, you need to visit Next Optical. Bo, Mandy and the team are fantastic and make the experience of shopping for eyewear one of a kind. Their selection is the best in the city and they have the newest frames from every designer. Our favourites include their Tom Ford, Saint Laurent and D&G collection. We’ve been coming here for the past 10 years and will continue doing so for many years to come!

I have worked with 3 optical stores in the past and I will definitely be returning to Next Optical. Even when the store was busy, they acknowledge you as soon as you enter and maintain professionalism. The selection is expansive along with price points for any budget and style. Hubby walked in with no appointment with broken glasses in hand, they did a quick prescription check and had an order written up in minutes.

I simply wanted to extend my appreciation to Dr.Ahmed and all the staff at Next Optical. What a bunch of wonderful people that care. I came in with a chunk of metal stuck in my eye and Dr.Ahmed worked super hard at it and got me in with a specialist at 5pm on a long weekend!!! Amazing guy and a huge thanks for being you.

Best Eye glass place in the GTA. Me and my family come here for our eye glasses every year, it is so convenient to get our eyes tested in the same place as we buy our glasses. The owner and the people who work there are so accommodating and kind you can really tell that it is a nice environment to work in. Great selection on glasses, the store offers two levels of products. Overall the best customer service I have ever experienced time and time again. If you are currently thinking about changing eye glass places do it and come to this one you won't be disappointed! 5 plus stars
