Zia did a fabulous job on my wedding dress! I went in thinking I would only need the straps and hem altered and he really went above and beyond.He added things, all included in his wedding dress price, that I would not have even thought of. And he did it, just because he felt the dress needed it. For example, he added boning in the seam of the buttons on my back to keep them laying flat, an extra three hooks with the buttons to support them more, and he even added a custom, hand rolled edge to the mesh back that I wanted.I went for three fittings I think, and on the last one, when he put the bustle up, it wasn’t quite up to his standards how it was hanging, so he took the time to fix it right there while I waited so I could take it home that day. You can tell he really cares about his work and takes pride in doing a quality job! He was also very accommodating when booking fittings.Thank you Zia!

I had some dresses altered recently and I had a great experience, very friendly and the dresses were altered to my liking. The prices were reasonable compared to other stores I consulted with and I was notified how much prices would be before the alterations. He was also very accommodating as I needed one of the dresses finished in a short period of time due to an event and ended up opening the store earlier for my fitting, which was very helpful due to my work/school hours.

My husband and I both had a great experience with Safa Tailors for our wedding alterations. The work completed on my gown was incredible - the fine detail done on the lace work was beyond what I hoped it would be. The dress fit like a glove and I felt like a true princess. My husband also had his suit tailored, and this is the first time a pair of dress pants has been tailored properly to fit his larger calfs AND not rip while he was on the dance floor. Highly recommend Safa to any future bride and grooms looking for quality work for reasonable prices.

My dress is even more beautiful and fitted because of the extra efforts he went to. It was easy to book appointments, and the appointments were always efficient and caring. He is very talented at what he does.

I have always had a great experience at Safa Tailors, and have been a returning customer for the past 8-10 years. My family members now trust and visit Zia anytime they need an alteration and they’ve never been disappointed! Zia works hard, has great attention to detail and does his best to make you happy with your dress and fitting. I will never forget the time I took my outfit to him a few days before my brothers wedding and he completely fixed the dress more than I thought was possible, I was so pleased and that is why I have always put my trust in him and his work! There is a good reason he has been the best in London for many years, I highly recommend :)

The owner here is really nice and very accommodating. I once needed my clothes dry cleaned and returned within a short time period, and he went out of his way to make sure they were cleaned in time. He's always very friendly to all of his customers and does a great job. Couldn't say anything negative about this place.

Safa is lovely to deal with. He's personable and patient and his work is exceptional!!! He took in the bodice of the bride's dress that was intricate and lacy. It fit her perfectly and the dress looked exactly as it did prior to alterations. We were so pleased that we had him do any needed alternations on mine (mother of the bride) and the bridesmaids' dresses (even though the store had their own tailor).

Had 4 dresses altered here and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the alterations. Alterations were done to my wedding dress that I didn’t ask for and the cost was outrageous. I ended up taking my dress to another tailor the week before my wedding.
