Lady who works there hates her life, rude for no reason at all. Better off walking your package somewhere lol

NOT a true ups store. Private company that services ups. I ordered an item, free pickup at ups store. Chose this convenient location. Mistake. She refused to give me the package until I paid her about $4, or it would return to sender. I can't give free service". I paid

Seems to offer a variety of shipping and packaging services all under one roof.#CustomerService needs to improve. Even during the #HolidaySeason, which is probably the busiest time of the year, there was just one attendant. The dude at the back of the store must have had more important matters to attend to and basically ignored the #LongLineup of people waiting to be helped.I had to drop off a prepaid package and waited more than 20 minutes for the lady at the counter to tell me “just leave it here please”. She should’ve scanned the package right in front of me because that would act as my “receipt”. If I just “leave it there” and they lose it, I have no proof that I dropped it. Luckily it didn’t get lost and got to its destination.Probably my first and last visit to this store.

Pathetic service with no care for the customers, UPS in general and this store in particular. I couriered a letter to the US on 19th and received an email on 20th morning that my letter was incorrectly sorted which will cause a delay. I called the UPS customer service who were not ready to discuss and asked me to discuss with the store directly. I called the store and i was informed that none express couriers there is no timeline. It can take whatever number of days and UPS and store has no responsibility. I was surprised to hear this response. This type of service is always to be avoided where courier service charging good money takes no responsibility of our dispatch. I DO NOT RECOMEND UPS or this store.

Maybe one of the worst UPS store ( I have not been to many, 3 only), but today this location tops the worst UPS store. Zero star if there is an option, I guess 1 Star is in order.The old white lady with short hair has no customer service skill at all and she is rude as human being can be.Avoid this store if you have a choice. I enjoy dropping packages to my home store on Ford drive, but this one is just on my way, so never going back.

Clerk working is very unprofessional. Often messes up your name, email or address. 1/13/2022 I asked for something to be delivered the next day, it must arrive the next day. Was told no problem, was billed for it. The package has not left the store according to the tracking number I was given. it is 1/15/2022 and the package is still somewhere in this store, undelivered despite paying for next day delivery and assured it would arrive in the afternoon on 1/14/2022. Unreliable, let my great loss be a warning, this business is not honest. Do not trust, do not visit.

Old white lady with short blonde hair was miserable enough to tell off my four year old how it was much easier to take passport pictures of a six month old baby prior. No kidding.Way to take out your unsolved personal issues and frustrations on an innocent young child.Bravo, madam.

This is the worst UPS store, they are scammers. Horrible customer service. The old white lady ignored me until she finished her work and then when I asked her how much to print a document from an email she said $.10 later when I emailed her, she asked me if I was paying cash or not because it’s different prices. I said cash and then she said $4.50 I couldn’t believe it! I asked her why the $4 she said that’s the charge for opening an attachment. I was astonished! I said no other ups store does it and certainly not staples, she said that I’m paying for comfort! I don’t know what comfort she is talking about but I told her she is a scammer and I’ll never be there ever again! Go to staples!

I asked ups to drop my package at this location. The lady didn't accept the package even though its her duty. And I was totally unaware of that. That package was so important to me. Lady sent it back and blammed on ups. When I went there, she didn't had a courtesy to atleast inform me that she sent it back.Very poor customer service.Not at all recommended as pickup points.

Some reviewers on here need to re-evaluate their attitudes. Just dropped off a package and the woman was quick, kind, and efficient. No issues whatsoever. Guy in front of me was asking her how much was left on his Visa gift card... how would she know that? It’s things like this that make me wonder if people are taking out their own personal frustrations on the reviews here and not asking themselves what they could do differently. She’s providing a crucial service at time when no one wants to interact with ANYONE. She’s interacting with different people all day so you can send/receive your packages. A little patience please! And thank you for providing me with great service!
