Found what I was looking for at a reasonable price. The cashier guy was more interested in chatting with the lady next to him than serving me.. Doubt I'll go back to that store.

The service around the sale of my skis was great.I call back the store shortly after leaving to confirm the name of the boot I’m supposed to wait for and I called 9 times before finally trying the line to find out what positions are available. The manager answers and give me my response and informs me the phone lines are closed today that’s why. So be aware don’t waste your time calling they close their phone lines at times.

Extremely expensive. Although there are kind of discounts but not really. Up to 50% till November 28.For winter cloth, you get 50$ in gift card, when you buy 250$+ but still, markup is crazy, 100% profit.The store is not organized. You cannot find sizes nor what you’re looking for. Ive went twice to purchase a winter jacket , they do not have a wide variety 2X or more.

Felix from the pro shop is probably one of your best employees. He went beyond his way to get my new board and fix ready and took his time even after the store was closed. A true professional that should be honored for his work. Great job!!

Special shopping experience, I wonder if people who claim to be managers can change the rules at will?Let's all have a look. I pay as much as other guests. But the service I get is the worst. And the shop assistant rolled their eyes at me. 。 What a poor service!

Really good service here. You are guided as soon as you step into the store. Fluent in both languages. Very polite. Looks like they are rigorously trained to serve people.
