Marchand Grocery

One stop shop if you need snacks, a meal, hot pizza by the slice, drinks, cigarettes, movie rentals, ammo, fishing/hunting license, gas, propane...anything! If only there was lottery and liquor it wouldl literally have everything!

Nice selection of goods for a little store...great baked goods

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They have a cafe inside the store. Rhubarb pie is a must try. The washroom is clean and spacious.

A++ Living in next town with no local stores i always find myself buying snacks in Marchand ! Great store!

The new building is very nice. The owner is friendly, hands-on, personable, & he has recently enlarged the grocery section to include a small area of the store with seating where you can order from a small ready-made menu of kept warm items along with beverages, (coffee, tea, etc.) so the customer can socialize and relax in a small cozy atmosphere.Very nice!! He also has free wi-fi for his customers. He always tries to sell his gas at least a cent cheaper than his competition.5 years ago Marchand grocery store was the age-old country store/post office that we all remember. This is the New Marchand Grocery. The post office is still in the small strip-mall type of a building Rob has built. (Rob is the owner's name) Its independent of the store now, with separate hours.

In a snow storm in the middle of nowhere this friendly gas station was open . It had gas cigarettes and hot pizza . Thank you

friendly employees, way over priced. first of all, theyve taken it upon themselves to remove the price tags from most things so you dont know that everything is double the price of anywhere else. but 4 liters of milk is 9 dollars, butter is about 8. picked up two bottles of brake fluid in steinbach for the same price as one here. they mark up their fuel. the pizza is that same gross spence pizza they sell everywhere in the area. to their credit though however their pizza oven and heater works it actually makes it pretty good.i keep missing out on trying their butter chicken, but dang it looks amazing. free wifi, really my only problem with them is they gouge you on prices. which would be understandable as a gas station in the middle of nowhere. if they operated more like a proper grocery store though, pricing and stock. there is an entire community around them that would probably rather shop in town than drive 20 mins.

Super disappointed with Marchand Grocery since the new owner came on.You can tell the care that was taken by someone who lived in the community is gone. They do not provide what we need as a community anymore and I avoid going there. There are empty shelves, items not being restocked and an absent owner who lives 1 hour away from his business
