Excellent service experience! Called for a flat tire repair because we were travelling through Kenora. Was able to get in after being notified of a slight wait in between jobs (only a half hour!). While waiting, I was able to chat with the sales manager about a 2023 CRV and they had one on their lot that I could drive! Thank you Kenora Honda service and sales.

After walking into your store I was greeted by Annmarie at the front was very welcoming and helpful! Her attitude was very pleasant and positive and pointed me in the right direction of where I needed to go!

Jason in service went the extra mile finding me a replacement side mirror for my 2006 Ridgeline. This part is difficult to find but he got one, had it painted to match my truck and had it installed in just a few days. All of the service staff are top notch at this dealership.

This is my 2nd time buying a car and by far it has been the best experience yet. Jon and the finance team at Kenora Honda made everything so simple for me. As there is a car shortage, browsing for new cars was debating between getting a used one OR waiting 3-6 months for a brand new one.It was easy to contact Jon via text message and he was extremely helpful. He sent me car options that were available that had the key features I wanted and it worked out time wise as he was going to be coming to Winnipeg. He drove the car I wanted to see to my place to meet me after work which worked great with my work schedule and saved me a long drive.I was trading in my old Honda and was nervous that the process would be difficult, but he reassured me that it was simple and walked me through the steps.
