Warby Parker Queen Street West

Lovely, helpful, curious staff with good knowledge and pleasant manners. I hate the high price of specs, but the people were so lovely, and the conversation was excellent and spirited. I loved buying new glasses there.

This store is incredible and it is primarily because of Elle!I literally could not decide between polarized or non polarized glasses after they were delivered to me and Elle patiently allowed me to try both of them over a course of time and was so kind and helpful every time I came to the store.She is so knowledgeable approachable and patient and for someone that doesn't love shopping she made it so enjoyable for me.Warby Parker is lucky to have her. If you're looking for glasses drop by and ask for and you will be so happy that you did!

I accidently stepped into the store because of rain and I didn't feel like stepping out after that. They have a wide range of sun glasses and prescription glasses with some exciting features as well (color change, reversible). The customer service was top of the line and I was delighted to explore the options at the store. I ended up with two pairs and I would definitely visit again in future for the memorable customer experience.

I bought my first pair of glasses online and part of my decision to use Warby Parker was the Brick and Mortar store with easy access near me in case I needed some adjustments for my new glasses (which I did, although minor adjustments). The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The made the adjustments I needed (free of charge) and helped me choose frames and adjusted my prescription for a new pair of computer/work glasses. I would highly recommend WP to anyone for their glasses needs.

Hey, I would like to take a moment to appreciate the service provided by the Warby Parker folks. Initially, I just wanted to visit the store and take a briefing about the shades, but a pleasant atmosphere and knowledgeable Sales Associates' service made me buy a transition sunglass, which is a fairly good price and looks cool.The associates were so patient and diligent until I finalized my shades, even though it was time to close the registers. Cheers to them. Please keep up the same spirit and services throughout the years.I believe I'll visit the store often in the future!

I felt very welcome and comfortable in the store today. Elle and Saayeh were kind, patient and so incredibly helpful. Elle gave me honest feedback that I really appreciated. Saayeh went above and beyond, using her years of experience to grab a frame I would’ve never thought would work on me. She outlined the reasons why certain shapes and colours would compliment my features which guided me through my indecision. TBH I don’t normally like how I look in glasses.. But thanks to Elle & Saayeh, I ended up with two beautiful and very different frames. I’m so excited to wear them!Edit: Just wanted to add that the atmosphere was so clean and chill. Nice gentle lighting and music :)

I had a wonderful experience at WP on Queen on Sunday. Elle was amazing and she knew my style and fit. I relied on her for all my purchases and felt no stress in having to decide. I can't wait to receive my eye and sunglasses...will update once received!

The service is great at Warby Parker. Visited to casually look for a pair of sunglasses, and did not feel rushed. Super chill, and the person who served me was also supportive when trying to make a decision - vibe was right and great small talk. Nice to feel like an individual, not a customer. Highly recommend here.
