Staff were extremely friendly, honest, and transparent. I went to other mobile shops on the same day and was lied to my face about whether I could upgrade my phone or not. The staff at wireless wave explained everything in detail to make sure there were no surprises and helped me find the phone I wanted.

Today I wanted to upgrade my I phone. To me, attitude is everything, the first place I went, the woman was not nice and had a bad attitude. So I said to my partner, let's go there, he kiosk at Mc Allister place and Gareth Black was our representative. He was so knowledgeable, had great communication skills but most of all he was kind. In these times, we need more people who work in the public to be kind and understanding to which he was. The service was quick and he was very helpful.Thank you GarethDiane Beaulieu

I was so pleased with the service I received from Tushar and Joey today. Tushar was a new employee but very knowledgeable. Joey was very helpful as well offering me options for purchase and credit for in store items. I have purchased other phones from Wirelesswave and always been satisfied with the service.

Highly recommend this place! I've gone here for numerous upgrades over the years and i recommend it to everyone looking to upgrade or that needs any assistance with their mobile devices etc.I was there just this week twice for an upgrade for my son and myself. Jared was so helpful , he helped us pick the right device's and plans and explained everything. I came to wireless wave after having terrible service at the Rogers store. I was looking for help and the lady said there is nothing she could do for me. I stopped by Wireless Wave before leaving and spoke to an incredible gentleman named Dan Boyer who treated me as well as hed treat his own mother. I am extremely happy with the service and he found me a perfect new phone. I will be a Wireless Wave customer for life moving forward.

I was in this location to remedy a bad sim card that my current service provider sent me with a new phone. After getting frustrated with said service provider (online & in store) with no resolution.Kurtis helped me and he was absolutely fantastic. He was able to remedy what the staff at the other place couldn't or didn't want to. He is an absolute gem within this company. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I have never experienced such incredible customer service as I did with Jeremy Delaney, and his colleague Curtis.They helped me aquire a brand new S23 Ultra at an unbeatable price. Jeremy went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best bang for my buck and Curtis helped me figure out complex applications on my phone. They are a power team and deserve a compelling raise !!!
