I went to get a key two weeks ago, and they had nobody out of 5 employees able to cut a key for me. So I came back again this weekend to get the key cut again but same issue nobody can cut a key. (Might as well take keycutting off of your sign) Then I go out to the yard to pick up the chairs I ordered where the employee is smoking inside the barn also while dealing with me.

Great selection. The tidiest home hardware I've ever seen, it was beautiful. However the pack of bulbs I purchased were all rotted.
