I chose Leonard as my career coach because I was looking for someone who would think creatively with me and tap into my unique passions as opposed to offering only a few cookie-cutter assessments. I had reached a dead-end in my career and was not having any success moving onto the next phase. I researched career coaches and Leonard's description fit exactly what I was going through in my career. After meeting with him, I immediately knew he could help.
