This is the second time that this store has given me a bad coffee. I ordered flat white, they gave me a latte. I realised when I got home. The staff do not know anything about coffee, the difference between the different coffees and most importantly, how to even make good coffee. Train your staff!!

“Fake” Starbucks, can not pay with my wallet or collect stars... employees do not understand how inconvenient it is for the loyal customers. When I asked to escalate this to the management - they said amazing phrase - “we only work here” . This is why Starbucks should never license out to someone who has no clue about customer service standards...

I like this Starbucks location but it is irritating that its located within loblaws. There used to be a starbucks stand alone within this plaza at the very north end of the strip of stores on bayview. I'm not sure why they moved to within a Loblaws but thats their choice.

Too bad this store is gone. but now it is almost at the top of my street. Bonus for me! I see the drive through window busy from opening to closing with very little break! Good lemon loaf and real mint leaf tea when it's there. Staff is friendly but really works hard! Give them a tip. They deserve it.

Ahhh Starbucks.... Just like every other location. Absolutely disgusting coffee, but awesome friendly warm staff and delicious unhealthy snacks and drinks! Take my money!

Super slow service so be ready to wait if you are coming here.The lady was very nice and the food and coffee were good. No sitting area, it's inside loblaws.
