I feel that 655 Richmond Air Cadets Squadron my experience was less than satisfactory. While the staff appeared friendly, the overall atmosphere of the squadron was not conducive to the success and growth of its members. I found that the squadron lacked the necessary resources and enthusiasm needed to create an engaging and fulfilling program for young people. While it's not terrible, I cannot in good conscience recommend the 655 Richmond Air Cadets Squadron to anyone looking for an inspiring and impactful air cadets experience.Success is not solely based on talent, but also on dedication and hard work. However, it's also important to differentiate between those who work hard to improve their skills and those who imitate others in order to gain fame or popularity. I believe that the squadron may have members who fall into the latter category, which could further hinder the overall success and growth of the group.Also while I cannot recommend this particular squadron, my overall impression of the air cadets program is that it is lacking and unsupportive. From what I observed, the program seemed to lack the necessary resources and enthusiasm to foster a thriving community of young people with a passion for aviation and leadership.
