This dentist's office has possibly saved my son. He suffered from extreme mental illness on his first visit, and required extensive dental work on his road to recovery. Dr. Olga and her team have been extremely kind and caring. They made us feel so welcome everytime we stepped through the door. No judgement. Just genuinely wanting to help my son. I would recommend this office to anyone. We drive an hour each way and it is definitely worth it. The office is so clean and they have a TV for visitors and one for the patient, which helps keep their mind off the procedures. Everyone in the office is so pleasant and very caring. My son's confidence has skyrocketed and much of his road to recovery is thanks to Floss and Smile. Thank you so much Dr. Olga and team!

Not the regular Dental office. Nice, clean, updated, friendly, professional and after all, you feel treated like a person not another numbers game.I only did a consultation but I'll follow up after finding out what the insurance coverage will be.

Two weeks ago I had an emergency appointment with doctor Olga and her dearest spouse Niki. There was an issue via my old crown: it could be very easily fixed if my doctor had a proper tool.I live in London, Ontario, but was eager to travel in order to get my tooth fixed.I have never experienced such a wonderful heart giving service in any dentist office. They both treated me with a great respect with loving and compassionate care and understanding. They both, took the time to explain to me what future consideration would be with my teeth and so on...In two appointments, they have solved more problems than I have ever considered!I will greatly recommend their services to my family and all my community of Toronto.Thank you so much dear Olga and Niki!God’s blessings in all you do!

Dr. Olga is an excellent professional! I kindly asked her to check my tooth without an appointment on Christmas Eve and she kindly agreed to see me. As always, she has provided amazing customer service. Her spouse was also very thoughtful and considerate. I am very happy with them and would recommend to anyone who is looking for professionals who care about their patients. Dr. Olga, you are awesome!

Dr Romanovski is one of the best dentist I have ever met in my life! Professional, gentle and most important extremely knowledgeable. I had a massive dental problem, had to go through two major surgeries, overall treatment treatment time more than a year. She was ALWAYS on call, always there for me, to help me go through the process and also help me to adjust with my new reality : dental implants. Dr Olga and her staff are just amazing. Whoever is looking for a professional, affordable and mostly human approach from a dentist, Dr Olga is what you are looking for! Highly recommended!

I normally never leave negative reviews but this was unacceptable.I was referred by the dental grant program here, paid $150 for exactly 8 minutes in the chair to determine if Invisalign would work for me.I was told it would and given a quote for a treatment plan to start.Then brought in for $100 scans, then afterwards told they couldn’t help me and would need to be forwarded to someone else.Other Invisalign dental offices I’ve gone do didn’t charge me $150 for 8 minutes sitting a chair to look at my teeth, then wasting my time where I could have already started my treatment.This didn’t sit well with me.

My daughters and I had a wonderful and positive first experience with Floss and Smile. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. My teenage daughters really enjoyed their visit with Dr. Olga. They said that Dr. Olga was so nice and very gentle when cleaning their teeth. I wanted to make sure I gave Dr. Olga and her team, the credit they deserve.
