Someone had hit my car on the street and drove off. Not only did they fix my car and made it look brand new, they did it in a timely manner and kept constant contact with me along the way. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately a car reversed into my front bumper and stretched the light, bumper and fog light grill. Tom provided an estimate that was very reasonable, selected a date and on the day of pick up, I couldn't believe it. My car looked brand new. Colour match was spot on, the headlight was buffed out and looked better than new. Not only was the work amazing, Tom and the staff were transparent, professional and welcoming. I have to give extra thank you because they also detailed the car and vacuumed my kids mess in the back seats. If I never need some work done to the car I will be back. Would definitely recommend.

No one wants to be involved in an accident. Choosing the right shop for your repairs adds an extra level of stress. Car Star Pickering definitely helped reduce the stress. The staff were extremely friendly. They kept me updated on the repair process. When I picked up my vehicle I was all smiles. The quality of work was excellent. The car looked like it did prior to the accident. It also helped that Enterprise Car Rental was in the same area. I was able to pick up and drop off my rental all at the same time. Unbelievable. If I could give a six star I would. Extremely friendly people. Great price. Dropped off and they needed 3 days. Called me and asked if I was okay that they only needed 2 days. Excellent quality. AND when I picked it up the had detailed the interior. I just had the front fender replaced. Would recommend to everyone.

The quality of the body work provided by the company was commendable. However, I encountered a significant issue regarding the handling of payment and the unprofessional behavior of their administrative staff. Approximately a week after the service, I received a call notifying me of an error on their part, as they had failed to charge taxes. They requested that I visit their location to make an additional payment. Unfortunately, I was unable to comply as I am currently out of town.During the conversation with the administrative staff member, I inquired about the possibility of making the payment over the phone. I assured them that I would call back to arrange this. Regrettably, at the conclusion of the call, the staff member failed to properly disconnect the line, allowing me to overhear a conversation between her and a colleague. To my dismay, she referred to me as a delinquent individual who was fabricating excuses to avoid paying the outstanding balance. I was disheartened to hear her mocking my voice and manner of speaking. Furthermore, she proceeded to engage in a heated argument with the person responsible for the tax omission, resorting to profanity and threatening to deduct $125 from each employee's paycheck.In response to this distressing incident, I promptly called back to address the matter with the staff member. Initially, she attempted to shift blame onto the person who made the mistake. However, she eventually conceded that she had indeed characterized me in the manner I had overheard. Finally, she offered an apology, citing that such situations frequently arise when clients fail to pay after promising to do so. I made it abundantly clear that I bore no responsibility for their internal issues and that her behaviour was entirely unacceptable.Given the unprofessional conduct I experienced, I have made the decision to never avail myself of their services again.

I was referred to CarStarr to fix a dent on my Chevy Sonic front Lt. side body panel, CarStarr did a wonderful job, I was very pleased with the work they did, the Staff and Tom were amazing, my car also came back to me cleaned inside and out. I will recommend them 100% to friends and family.
