Do not have something delivered from them, you will not get the Amazon experience. Instead you will have an inaccurate tracking number and the package your expecting will constantly be getting delayed.

prefacing this by saying i've worked at a best buy before and none of this ever happened at my store as we were managed very well. i went in today to return a product without receipt or card as my wallet was stolen and left empty handed which was fine as i understand (although best buy allows it in their policy). however the lady was rude and when i went to look at replacements for my headphones not a single employee was in sight. i even asked for help and 10 minutes after being told someone was on the way i left as i didn't have time.

Gurjeevan in Member Services (Order Pick-up) was really polite and humble while dealing with me. He definitely knows the root of exceptional customer service. I would rate him 10/10 and ask the management to recognise his kind efforts. Thank you, I’m leaving very happy and will be back soon. :)

I don't know why they have a specific checkout area if they never use it! Instead they will direct you to the customer service area. One time I was told the staff was on a break, the second time I was just hand gestured to the other area. There are so many staff members on the floor just talking to each other or on their phone but never willing to help or do any work. I've had to go back to this location 4 times now because each time I get someone to assist me they give me the wrong cable to connect my laptop. Save yourself the trouble, it's not worth it. They're Definitely not knowledgeable. You're better off using Google.

I keep giving this place a chance because it is convenient. Save yourself the headache and please go to a different best buy. Customer experience here is atrocious.I bought a brand new" home theater system that upon opening you can tell that it was returned or used and wasn't working. Wasted a trip as I had to exchange the item. Customer service rep was rude and dismissive. Not just to me but the other customers returning items.Bought a service to get my TV mounted and told them that it was going to be on a stone wall. Geek squad arrived on schedule and said that they were never informed that it was going to be mounted on stone so they were not comfortable doing it. They said they were going to send someone over that Friday but no one arrived. Had to visit this store again to reschedule.I was going to buy 2 monitors today and I asked a clerk if they had the item and showed them the screen. The clerk immediately started fiddling my phone while I was holding it instead of the computer in front of him to look for this item.. he said they don't have it and walked away before I can even respond to his rudeness..Staffing here needs BASIC customer service training. If this matters to whoever is reading this - Go to another best buy."

I recently bought a laptop from Best Buy and I'm so glad I did. The sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly and was able to answer all my questions. He was also very helpful in guiding me to the right laptop for my needs. The laptop itself is great. It's a great value for the price and has all the features I need. It's fast, reliable and the battery life is good. Plus, the customer service at Best Buy is top notch. I had a few minor issues with my laptop and the customer service team was very helpful in resolving them quickly. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Best Buy for anyone looking for a good laptop.

Never buying at this best buy again.We bought A LOT of items at this location. Laser printer, air conditioner, TV, laptops etc. and EVERYTIME I purchased a warranty for every item, we were told that if something happens with the item within the warranty period, it will be either repaired or REPLACED. Now I have a 4 year warranty for my laser printer that I purchased back in 2020 and it broke so I gave it back to them for repair. When I dropped it off in April 2023, I asked what my warranty is covered, the lady in customer service told me that They will try their best to repair it. If it's unrepairable
