We hired Ralph Henze to sell our Sherwood Park Acreage Home. . Looking back, we were so fortunate and happy that we made the right decision.Our house is now sold and closed and we can now say this with conviction that Ralph is very professional, thorough and honest with his work and ethics. His communication skills are excellent and he is very responsive any time of the day.The most he impressed us with was his Honesty and fairness. There was one deal (before) that did not close as there was an issue with the purchasers financing. The purchaser lost his initial deposit to us due to this. Ralph was entitled to keep 50% of this deposit as per the original listing contract . However, he refused to accept any remuneration (although he could have legally) and allowed us to keep 100% of this deposit. In his own words he said He only wants to get paid once the house is sold and closed".I personally have dealt with lot of realtors over last 25 years
