Absolutely the worst service imaginable. Too few tellers and a manager who is a bully and came out and chastised a man simply asking for information about his account. This is the Woodgrove mall location. Forget about trying to use their online banking system to handle queries. You will be left waiting for a human being to answer for two hours. This is after they tell you that they only deal with urgent matters, the definition of which is unspecified.

I’ve purchased a couple properties now and the level of service from Teri S. was phenomenal. I’m used to such a daunting and time consuming process when it comes to getting a mortgage but she handled everything seamlessly, knowing what questions to ask and the necessary documents to obtain all with a friendly and professional approach. Rude incompetent Tellers. We have to keep repeating the same question to get past the language barrier, then it's the attitude, the unwillingness to help. Jessica...I avoid. She's right in your face. Forget professional or courteous demeanor.

Standing second in line, I moved ahead to the stand line as the women who was first in line had wandered beyond the initial stand line. She was not in the way and nobody around her. Now, I teller who was working with someone, stop what she doing and came walking around the counter and reprimanded the wandering women for not standing precisely on the next person spot. Really?

Every time I go in I have to sit for at least 30 to 45 minutes for a routine deposit. I've never seen a staff member smile in over three years. Skip this location and head to the one on Terminal instead.

Is zero Stars an option? Seriously what do I pay Bank fees for? Utterly useless waste of time dealing with these people. Stand in line for 23 minutes only to be told I can't order foreign currency in branch, I need to go home and log into my online banking. Furthermore, I can't select what denominations I want, only large or small or mix. This company brings in billions of dollars in profit every year yet offers zero customer service.

Sent one of my coworkers in to get change for our business located in the mall. After 30 minutes wait my coworker got turned back because they did not have their ID. For a change run? So my coworker had to come back to our store, get their ID and return to the bank. It took a total of 1h15 for a change run that normally would take 20 min top. Really disappointed and such a waste of time and money.
