Riverbend Art N Frame

Went to get a larger print framed (55x39") and the price from Riverbend Art N Frame was very reasonable for what I had hoped would be a pretty pain free and simple process.Got the picture back after it was framed and noticed some very large scratches in the right part of the frame along with some foreign matter between the glass and artwork in small areas. The employee (might be owner I'm not sure) was very accommodating in getting the picture fixed.Got the picture back a second time today and noticed that the frame is no longer scratched but there appears to either be something under the glass or the print was damaged during the reframing process.The employees are very nice but it seems like they're not looking at the prints after they're framed. Pretty disappointed at this point since I don't want to run back a third time and I'm not even sure it's something under the glass at this point.The owner ended up making it right with a new print and frame."

Stretched some canvases for me.. proper pricing and very fast and friendly service. Would recommend

With incredible product knowledge Ali and his courteous young assistant helped us select beautiful framed mirrors. They gave us an estimated delivery date and being from outside of Edmonton we called when we were in one Saturday. They prioritized our order and completed it that day so we could take them home and not make another trip.We have had jerseys framed here as well as family pictures. I am extremely pleased with the assistance I received in choosing frames, mats and glass for 4 special certificates.. They are for a 60th wedding anniversary from the prime minister, Lt Governor, Governor General and King Charles. The last certicate arrived one day before my three others were due. They added it to the original order and all 4 were ready on the due date. When I saw the framing I was so pleased with the look!Not only is the service respectful and courteous, but Ali carried my purchases to my car as I use a ‘steady stick’ (cane). Such a lovely gentleman!The cost was so reasonable and the work was excellent. I highly recommend this local business for expertise and care in mounting or framing special and important items!

I have been coming to this store for many years now, but I'm not much of a reviewer. I have to make an exception because for the many many projects I've taken here, I always walk away completely satisfied with the finished product. Ali and his staff are passionate about what they do, and it's fun to collaborate with them on my ultimate vision for how I would like a frame to turn out. I've been having frames made for half my life and tried many different shops in several places in Edmonton and area but as many others have said, this store has the most reasonable pricing. I love coming here and will do so as long as I have stuff to frame.Thank you Riverbend Art N' Frame!

A little disappointed. I don't mind paying the price for the work required, however i was upset by the fact that i was ripped off. I was stuck because if i didn't get my painting framed it would have gone to waste. Sadly i was ripped off. I just felt sad.

I've had about ten items framed here in the last several years and have been very happy with the quality and value. I've been to a couple other places in the past when I wanted something very simple and as inexpensive as possible, but I found at those places that while the quality decreased, the savings were very minimal. I would not hesitate to bring anything to Riverbend Art N Frame, whether looking for higher quality frames and options, or just something simple. Riverbend Art N Frame provides great value and quality and I always enjoy visiting the store.

Had 2 pictures that had the glass broken and one that also needed the frame replaced. My sister recommended this place due to the great work they did for her poster, as well as the reasonable pricing. Was not disappointed. From the moment I was in the store, I was provided with exceptional service. They will work with what your budget is, providing you with different options, so that was much appreciated. I was very happy with the end results and the price. Will recommend them to others and be coming back for any future framing needs.
