Mark Tsai and team work wonders! Once I entered on crutches and after one session was able to walk out on my own. They are so good at isolating the source of the issue that it often feels like magic. Highly recommended!

Mark is the best! I have seen Mark over the years for a number of sports injuries, stress and he has always helped me. Mark truly cares about this patients well being on the inside and out. This is rare in today's fast paced world. He does not have the Drill, Fill and bill mentality. He sincerely cares and he is 100% an asset to the community and a credit to his profession. I'm a big fan.

Mark Tsai is the best medical professional I have ever been treated by, by far. His work, particularly dry needling, is phenomenal. He is so attentive to his patients and genuinely cares about their recovery. There needs to be more physiotherapists like Mark.

Mark is amazing, wish I could give him more than 5 stars. Extremely professional, knowledgable, and accommodating. He is very skilled and provides lasting relief for my lower back and neck pain every time I see him. Easy to talk to and down to earth guy. I recommend him to all my family & coworkers.

I have been a hybrid athlete for the last 20 years running cycling and lifting heavy weights on a regular basis, what I can tell you is that I have had a lot of injuries over the years, Mark at woodbine Physio therapy is a true master physiotherapist you won’t find anyone better anywhere period, he truly cares about his patients and is the best dry needling & manual therapist you could ever ask for with state of the art equipment such a shockwave and laser, I truly appreciate this facility, also the reception and the whole staff is so friendly and amazing.

Mark and his staff are great. I have seen many physiotherapists in chiropractors in the past but Mark is great not only as a professional but takes the time to connect with you remembers your name and remembers The conversations you share. In recent visits they are noticeably busier but still connect with me on every visit. My only negative is how busy they are which speaks volumes about their service and how good they are at what they do but terrible for a patient as it means you would need to wait a little longer for treatment. But with that said well worth the wait.

The doctor here is great, My mother visited this doctor after suffering from sciatica which was causing her pain in her back and shooting down her legs. She was referred to this clinic for acupuncture and after only six visits she feels much better, no more limping no more pain, I would recommend this place to anybody with back pain.
