Poor customer service. One of their financial advisor don’t bother to answer important emails. They only care when you invest your money with them. They don’t seem to care.

Idiots always have no available on business servicesAlmost everytime stuck in regular people to get the turnEven if you stand on business line no one call you fro service.

I don’t know, why the google reviews have no stars. I have a personal account and credit card with RBC. Later on I started my business and planned to open a business account with this branch. Being a truck driver I decided to do this all over phone and therefore, I made a call to branch last week and the representative they opened my business account through phone, all the desired documents have been submitted through email while opening the account. Later on, after 2 days my business account got locked and I made a call to customer representative, over the phone. That representative asked me to visit the branch with 2 piece of ID’s. Am a truck driver, being mostly out of province, which is nearly impossible for me to be in city during weekdays. Anyways I managed to visit branch on Monday morning @8:30AM (Opening time of Branch) with my passport, PR status and Driver license. I discussed the with the lady in business sections and first she asked me my business document once again, which I have already submitted over the phone and signed as well. I told her and she later on talked with security team over the phone. She told me that these documents are not sufficient. They need more some utility bills or credit card bills. I told her that I just moved to new rental property and all I have are these documents of the present address. She said I cant do anything and asked me to bring those documents. I again went to branch, brought my recently generated credit card bill with the same address of new rental place also my updated Manitoba Health card. They again talked with security team, then again, they said they wont be accepting any of these documents they need more documents. So its totally harassment, First thing, if they are opening the account online whats the purpose of going to branch? This doesn’t make any sense. Very illiterate people of security branches, they don’t use their brains. The federal and provincial Governments has issued important documents like 1. DRIVERS LICENSE 2. HEALTH CARD 3. PASSPORTS 3. PR STATUS. Even, then they need more documents, seriously??? Very poor people. I don’t know why even these reputed bank hire people like them. For what they are getting paid for, I guess for harassment for doing some business out here. I am totally harassed by these people and they have wasted my time.

Worst branch. Poor and very slow customer service. Visit another branch.

People on this branch are very nice people to work with. Wanda is a sweetheart. She made me feel like I am asking a friend while transacting. Everyone greets you warmly. She also gave me useful tips regarding mortgages. Don't believe those who gave 1 stars. They are just bunch of privileged kids (or old kids) who thinks they should be the boss on every where they go because they are so called customers". Respect begets respect

Hi , i went there for some problem with automatic payments and i met LIZ over there. She helped me with my stuff and really nice lady. Have a wonderful experience at the bank.

The people who work in this branch are generous with their understanding, help and patience. Personally, I could not do this job but I am SO grateful that there are others that can. Serving the public can be such a thankless job and sometimes expectations are unreasonable. Every single time I have walked through the doors of this particular branch, I have had a good experience and have been served by pleasant, courteous, and very knowledgeable staff. Northgate is The BEST!

Must have caught them at a bad time. Super long line. Lots of people visually not pleasing at all. Not one picture hanging anywhere. Time to spruce up the place

I booked appointment on phone with Indian guy. bank sent me 2 times reminder but I think bank forgot to remind own employee lol. Appointment time was 3 pm. But I am still waiting now is 3.55 pm. Lol

Why do I call to speak to a robot?? Is this why you’re shutting down all your branches. Tried to call to get help on trying to exchange money. All I get is generic message and hung up on. Thanks for the service
