We had a metal roof installed in 2016. Last year our roof began to leak following rain storms. We called Rachel who arranged to send out their experts. Following their first visit, the leaking continued. They returned again to work on it but it still didnt resolve the issue. At this point we were all puzzled. Rachel's concern was genuine and we knew that they would honor their warranty on our behalf. That is a really nice feeling and I believe it is the most important part of any business. One final visit and Andreas along with their incredible team spent many hours and finally fixed the leak. I am impressed by their commitment and I could not be more grateful.

As materials were scarce last fall, we were in line for an early spring completion, and this was done.The new roof looks great and we receive many compliments form the neighbours and passer byes.The material is high grade and worth the price. The installers were equally as good. They kept us informed of their progress and the next steps they were taking.They cleaned up daily and the quality of work was first class. As well, if they saw an issue with the roof as they were working, they just fixed it before proceeding further. We were tired of replacing shingles that never lived up to their guarantee. Wanted a roof that we would not have to worry about. Calling Gerard was the best. We love our new roof and it looks fantastic. The workmanship was great and there was no mess afterwards. What was really nice to see, was that they called after the winter to make sure everything was fine. We would certainly recommend Gerard Roofing and the comments we have had on how beautiful the roof is and that people can't believe it's metal have been great.
