Had an amazing experience today. I set up my home internet and even changed my phone provider to Shaw. Yoobin L (sales associate) helped me through this process and addresses all my questions, kudos to him! I hope that now Shaw meets my expectations.

I want to say how happy we were with the quick and knowledgeable service we received from Masood at the Langley, BC Shaw store. We went there to discuss changing our TV & Internet services to Blue Curve. I was prepared for a 'long' process, however, was extremely pleased with how quick and easy it was. As a matter of fact, it was so quick I had time to check into Shaw Mobile Cell phones; which we ended up switching to. All in all, it was a satisfying experience. Thank-you!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Peter this morning. Very knowledgeable, personable and a good sense of humour. He was very patient answering all our questions about cell phone plan, internet, etc. He wasn’t pushy and simply told us our options trying to get us the best deal. Upon arriving home I realized that I missed my 90 minute window to cancel my cell phone coverage from another provider. I phoned Peter and he immediately took care of it. Thanks for the great service, Peter!

Darrin was a great in store tech. Wasnt pushy and listened to what the customer was saying. He worked with me and offered a great line up change to our boxes and bill!! Then once the boxes arrived and i had a problem that night with the csr online, Darrin saved the day again by doing exactly what we needed from the online tech to do. He was friendly and worth 5stars

Shaw internet strength declined drastically several months ago, Called for service on June 21, and after one hour on phone with a rep located in Belize, Central America, an appointment was booked for the next day to replace modem.Shaw signal strength did not improve, had to spend another 45 minutes with someone in Belize again on July 10, to begin the process all over again to get appointment to replace faulty equipment (modem). Customer service takes far too long. Why not use local Canadian reps to provide more efficient service?
