The power cable for my Humminbird portable fish finder broke right in the middle of ice fishing season! I was frantically searching for a replacement, which became more difficult than I thought it would be. I found FISHNTECH's website which had the right cable. I sent an e-mail and very quickly received a response (on the weekend - not during regular business hours!) from Gary that it was in stock. The person I spoke to on the phone was terrible.I was told to call him by a boat repair place near me to help with the issues I have with my Hummingbirds.I stared to explain my problem and he cut me off and asked “Where did you buy it?” So I answered him by saying “Sail near me” he immediately says to bring it back to them! I say “ but I don’t know if it’s the unit or the installation that is wrong! He says “Sorry has I can’t help you” And HANGS UP!He is mad that I already purchased the unit and did not from him! I will make many more purchases in the future and none of them will now be from him!Maybe the Greedy self centred that was on the other end of the phone could have listened to my issues and then given me advice on at least how to move forward with him in the future? But this guy was just an arrogant person…..btw I went out of my way to write this because he deserves the negative comment I have for him today!
