Our furnace had a gas leak and Able came out that day, they booked us for 11 and actually called to come earlier. Logan was very professional and a great worker. Thanks for being so responsive and getting it fixed fast

Our furnace stopped working last week. I was able to book an appointment with Able, as I knew that they worked with the brand of furnace we had. I was worried that we needed to replace the electronic board. However, the plumber was able to go through our full unit and explain what the issues could be. It looked like the furnace was in good working order, but found the problem. Bees! They had plugged the exhaust. I am very appreciative of the explanation of what the potential issues could have been and the quick problem solving.

We had just bought our new home in July 2020. We knew the A/C was an old unit but did not expect it to quit our 2nd day in our new home. We called Able and within 4 hours we had a new unit and were up and cooling! The team was amazing and very courteous and professional.

Installed taps in Bathtub, they are not installed right, the shower head is not hooked up. And the taps are leaking. She then took Pea trap off of sink to see if plugged, no towel under. Left floor and wall sink a mess. Really would appreciate at the least come in install correctly.

Our water heater needed replacement and Able plumbing was able to get us back up and running the next day with a new unit. Service by both sales and installers were excellent. I called several plumbing companies and Able was priced very competitive and was able to add a 10 year parts and labour warranty for a minimal charge. Thank you.

My air conditioning broke down on one of the absolute hottest days we had last summer. A power outage that day may have contributed to the failure. Able Plumbing was the authorized dealer for my system, so I gave them a call (had never used them before). It was the weekend but they had a tech that was on call, get back to me asap. We discussed the a/c issue and extra charge for after hours service. The tech said he'd be by much sooner than I figured. He was right on time and had the problem diagnosed in a matter of minutes. He was very pleasant and informed me of the cost to repair it. There was other issues that needed attention, but he said they could wait until after the weekend, during normal business hours so I wouldn't have to pay the overtime rate for weekend service. He got the a/c working for the weekend and came back early next week to finish the rest of the non-critical work. Charges were extremely fair for labour and parts. Everything has worked perfect since then. I'd highly recommend this company, if you're wondering who to call for your furnace or air conditioning etc. The staff at the front desk are also wonderful to deal with.

Jeff and his crew are the best! We called about an A/C issue and to have our gas dryer disconnected. They were extremely efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. We've always had great dealings with this company and they are our go-to with any plumbing or heating issues. Thanks to David today for all of his help!
