Horrible branch to deal with, horrible customer service. Looking forward to closing my account and starting new beginnings with my new bank.After over 10 years, your rates just got out of control. Seems like everyone at that branch wants to put you in debt lol

The staff here is demeaning and rude. While going in to fix a banking issue, I was laughed at by the man who was trying to provide aid. He was laughing. Most unprofessional place ever. I told them to call a specific number to get the help, they gave me the run around for 1 hour and then finally my situation was solved 30 seconds after that phone call (after being on the phone for 45 minutes) I've been at this bank for years. This is ridiculous, I understand they were doing their job but there is no need to laugh at your clients. That has crossed a line.
