Michael provided excellent service to repair my computer with a successful outcome during a critical period when I needed my computer. I would highly recommends Nerds On Site.

I had a wonderful experience with Randall. He was knowledgeable, patient and really helpful. He went above and beyond to suggest some needed changes to my computer layout and also some file maintenance. Truly a professional.

Very responsive to my inquiry and timely in their service delivery. On-site helper very knowledgeable, respectful, personable, informative and supportive to my individual needs. Great follow up after home-visit too. The base fee for visit is pricy in my opinion though, especially when service is needed centrally without much mileage.

George was great he went above and beyond. My computer's 10 years old and my service had been updated and it wasn't compatible. George got them in sync and my computers working again. Thanks for the great work. I'm online again!!

We recently used a member of the Nerds on Site team for our small business. We had Sylvester help us transition to new emails, setting up Miscrosoft products, among other things. He set everything up for us seamlessly, and offered lots of great information. If we had any questions, he was available to help. He was even able to help me with further issues using a screen share app. This was the easiest experience we've ever had with technical changes. He was so easy to work with, he's going to be our go-to tech support guy. His knowledge and experience was well worth accepting this service. John provided me with great information about what was slowing my computer and the risk of a future failure due to the error message I had seen. Although I have always trusted the techs in stores such as Memory Express, Costco, Best Buy Etc to guide me to what would work best for me I learned that those techs mostly have knowledge on gaming and personal use systems and not for business.

Dennis was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had numerous issues. He was extremely patient, explaining and ensuring we knew how to access and use the changes made.Highly recommend Dennis. Once contacted, received response within one hour and appointment was booked for the next day. Excellent service.

Randall from Nerds on Site provided excellent service to us when we were experiencing some concerns with viruses infecting our computer. He took great care in ensuring that all the viruses were cleaned up and added protection for ease of mind. He was quite knowledgeable and approachable when answering our questions. They were also at our home on the same day we called. Great service. We will definitely call on Nerds on Site when we need help again.
