We have had good experiences with using this Petsmart location to bathe our Basset Hound, Louis. We picked him up today and were so impressed by the level of service provided by Emma. She is so professional and absolutely amazing with our dog. You can tell she really loves what she does and working with the dogs. Thanks Emma!

I have been grooming both my dogs here and I have always had the best experience with the groomer Brittany! She is so calm and welcoming and patient with my dogs. I have been going here for the past 6 years and I book mostly with her. She always takes the time to listen to specific requests and she is so easy going. Highly recommend her! There are other great groomers here too at this location. Attached are pictures of both my dogs from their last appointment :) Thanks Brittany!!

No one bothered to help me even though two employees passed me. The cashier's didn't bother to let me know who's open even though there were four employees at the front. The teenager cashier tried to brush me off that the product I'm buying is not a cat treat and had no intention to call for a manager to help. Would be nice if the staff of this PetSmart work on proactively greeting their customers

I love the staff here! They are always very nice to us and are always very helpful. I also feel confident asking the staff here questions about pet care because a lot of them have plenty of experience with pets. Definitely recommend!

Good location with plenty of parking. Store was well stocked, and service was fantastic. The employee went out of their way to find a case of cat food for me.

Excellent grooming service. I'm 100% satisfied. My 11 yo is ready for hot spring and summer. No more panting for him. Also the nail grinding is nice and short, no more nail tapping sound when he walks.

Wanted to buy a new pet fish to introduce to my already existing pet fish had a few questions with respect to what types or species of fish get along and how big of a tank I should move to and the associate that took 10 minutes to get to the Fish Department said heknew absolutely nothing about fish and he couldn't help me at all , in fact he could barely get the fish out of the tank when I finally chose my own as it took over 2 minutes and clearly stressed the poor fish out. It''s not good when you want to know what's best for your pets and the people that are selling you them should know what they're doing I won't even go back there to buy fish food.

Horrible cut for my dog. The staff had no skill for grooming at all. The tail has 2 types of shapes ( or the cut was incomplete) The bottom part was terrible.

Came in to pick up an online order. I had forgotten to apply a discount when I ordered online. The staff helped me resolve the issue and get my discount. Very nice and helpful staff.
