BB Car Wash

I was overcharged for my self cleaning. I was informed a 5.75 charge when I left the establishment. However upon checking my credit card started meant I was over charged by $5. Please reach out to me

Touchless wash is just terrible... I paid $16.8 for Standard car wash, what I got is weak water pressure and no undercarriage wash (even it says it’s included). The most ridiculous part is it wasn’t even able to wash off the soap lol… And of course, no one was working in the office on a Sunday, so no one I could talk to. I finally left the place with a half washed car…. I should get a refund!

Manual washing is very convenient and easy to use, always open. The price is quite affordable too. However not all the options selectable in the washing dial seemed to be working

Went to get my SUV washed using their touchless car wash. During the rinsing stage of the wash, the machine actually hit my passenger side mirror and forced it the other way to the point it cracked the housing. Now I need a new side mirror. I have used this location many times when it was still under Washworld" and never had a problem. I left a voicemail as the office was closed when it happened but never got a call back. Will never go back to this location again."

I drove all the way to wash my car but it is closed! Please update information on the map so that you don’t waste people’s time!

Great and clean car wash facility. Easy to use high pressure water and nice foam brushes to clean your car thoroughly. Also, long lasting with a descent price!

As always, I state the fact, you make the judgement. I was a customer for the location( previously as washworld), purchased prepaid card for $50 (max). Hasn’t been there for a while, drove by last week to do a self-serve car wash, see there is a change of new name, was told by Ron there was a change in management, prepaid card not working anymore. Went to office talk to the new owner (YU), was told to contact previous owner (Ryne). Ryne told me he lost in total of 250,000 ( something like that) in the investment and still has some legal issue with Landowner or new owner, anyway, long story short is no one want to take any responsibility for what happened to old customers(so sure there are more people like me stupid enough to support the business by purchase prepaid card). Gosh, all I want is to wash my car in peace, not get kicked like a ball back and forth for few bucks on the card. Obviously, the new management doesn’t care about assets and liabilities transfer, and of course don’t care about BBB complaints and reports, so there you go, a whining previous customer spend some precious time writing a review that might help others to see through the glass before visit.U ask why I gave 2 stars, my car battery might felt my frustration when talking with the management, so someone from the office help me jump start my car, so the extra star, fair is fair, said I would give fact. Thanks for the help.

I use to come here when it was Washworld. Lots has changed. The last few times I’ve come here the hand wash barely produced any soap. Told manager that was onsite. Didn’t seem to care.

Clean and big wide shade bay for self car wash. They have pressure wash system on auto car wash instead of brush wash, which I like it. Fair price, good service and 24 Hours!!

This place used to be a great place to wash cars and was owned by a very nice and genuine person whom you’re able to have great conversations with. Now it has different owners with the mindset of just, wash your car and get out of the way because “we’re losing money”The reason for three stars is because this is actually a very good place for touch less car wash which has been my go to for many years.
