I went to pay for my line and the man working there was a liar and very unprofessional. the first time I went there, I told them that I wanted the 50dollar plan and he signed me up for the 55 dollar. Second time I went to downgrade my plan, this man first said that they can’t access my account and when he magically did, he lied that I just needed to sign up for autopay and I will be paying 50 dollars rather than 55. I can’t believe he thought I was that stupid. It was only after contacting freedom that I was given a much better deal but this was after my account had been charged. Avoid this place, I can’t imagine how many people they have lied to.

I like this store. I always pay my bills here. Yesterday I got a new for $0 more dollars than I was paying without phone. I would recommend this store. Very kind staff

THE WORST SERVICE! a month ago I need a plan, I went to the Fraser branch and the lady was very rude, I will never go back.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY!! My boyfriend went to paid the plan. But the PUNJABI MAN TOOK THE PHONE NUMBER AND NAME WRONG, we came back to get at least a refund but HE'S SO RUDE, HE DON'T CARE AND HE DENIED THAT WAS HIS FAULT!!! PLEASE check all the reviews so many people complaining about him!! So unfair

Just got my 3rd phone from this store. Love this location. Nice staff who always knows which phone best fits my budget. I would reccommend to shop at this location

Avoid this place at all costs. They have no interest in customer service and do not care about you whatsoever. They request signatures without showing you paperwork, attach hidden fees, and they tell you, you need products that you don't. After my experience at this location, I was spoke to someone else who had been here and they had submitted a complaint via Consumer Protection BC. I will be doing the same. My new phone is having issues two days after I bought it. I'm suspect of the 5 star reviews, look at the 1 star reviews for the real story here, they are consistent. It's shocking that they are allowed to operate in the way they do. Please stay away and advise others to do the same.Update: $45 connection fee was added to my bill. I've been a Freedom customer for years. This is a money grab from the Fraser Street location. Disgraceful.

ALERT! Stay away from this location. Punjabi man is misleading and wants nothing to do with your issues. Only if you are purchasing he’ll hear you otherwise he’s not interested in listening to you or helping customers.

I had a wonderful experience here and highly recommend the very kind and helpful staff! I had a problem with my cell phone recently, and though I am not currently a Freedom Mobile customer, they very thoroughly tried to resolve the issue with my cell phone. Half an hour later I had my phone working again and I am so grateful to them for taking the time to figure out what the problem was..I offered to pay for their service but they said there was no charge.Truly appreciated ! Thank you so much for taking the time and for being so gracious and kind.

I'm quite puzzled by how this branch got a high rating but I guess the employee that was there wasn't interested a regular or wasn't interested on accommodating customers. definitely one of the worst customer service experience ever. only managed to accommodate 1 person for an hour. I'm typically a patient person but to waste my time is not worth the wait. person was all over the place and couldn't seem to organize himself. gives freedom mobile a bad name. don't go to this store. had better experience with other stores and wait time at most is 10 minutes. if only possible, I'd give this store a negative rating.

WORST SERVICE EVER ! I have never left a bad review but this has to be done. I am a long time freedom mobile client and never had an issue when needing help over the phone. I went in to recieve a phone upgrade to the Fraser Street Freedom and i am shocked. I was spoken to extremely rudely, asked to leave, laughed at and told if i wanted an upgrade they had to change my plan to 50$ more a month!! (The plan i have was given to me since i have been such a loyal client for so long and wasn't about to change it). DO NOT ! Got to the Fraser Street Vancouver Freedom. It should be shut down and i am shocked those people there have jobs. Again i have NEVER been treated so poorly.
