Some of the Depotium store managers / customer support are very helpful and polite. Not this store manager. Doesn't care at all, is pretty rude and ignores multiple emails over multiple weeks. It's a shame because it completely ruins the perception of Depotium..Also because he didn't respond to emails, I ended up having to pay for an extra week of storage.

Good prices and location. Terrible staff not professional can barely speak proper English or French and honestly seem like they don’t care. The day I went to the storage the pin didn’t work waited for hours to get help but no one ever called back thankfully people inside let me in. Although they let me in it’s not ideal or safe anybody can make this up to get inside

The employees at the downtown Montreal location were so helpful and so nice, they helped me with all my needs and went above and beyond by offering me a solution that really helped me, since I’ve been going through a tough time financially. I rented from Depotium for several years - service face to face was good. Access to the storage building was good. I was able to down size in storage when I needed to.Customer service always tried to help me out as much as possible. I was very satisfied.Reasonable rates. Although the rates go up every 8 months!!!!Like paying an extra rent. Kept pretty clean. Old buildings.
