I did my taxes with Liberty Tax first time ever. I was hesitating at first, but when I saw many positive reviews for this branch, I decided to try. And I do not regret my decision. I did my taxes with Harpinder. She did everything smoothly, without rush, and with confidence. Thanks to her professional advice I saved on my taxes.The only thing I would suggest is to create better privacy space. In my case, Harpinder’s desk was right in front of the entrance door, people were going in and out or were sitting at the back waiting in line. I felt a bit awkward sharing my private financial information among many random people sitting behind me.Other than that, I had a very good first experience.

This was my second time going to see Harpinder and she did an excellent job! She was personable, attentive and knowledgeable. She answered all questions and gave advice for future tax returns. We will be going back!

Harpinder did my tax return from last year today, incredibly helpful. Was very scared to file it late but she was very reassuring. Show up for my small business appointment at 6. Wait till 625 to be seen. Find out the person who handles small business taxes went home early. Waste of my time.

Harpinder was incredibly patient with me and my family. She is meticulous with her work and is always a friendly face as soon as you enter the doors. This is the only place I will get my taxes done or any tax related questions answered. They are just the best (they are available year round too might I add)!

Harpinder was recommended to me by a friend. Not only did she not file one of my tax years, but she also gave me false information about the benefits I would be receiving. During our appointment she was very dismissive and kept answering phone calls during my appointment. I will never go back to see her and plan on making a formal complaint with her manager.

The Customer service Harpinder in St Mary’s branch has handled my income taxes return for the second time since I migrated to Canada. Her client service is highly commendable, she exceptional in her dealings and I recommend her to everyone. Great job
