Called them because my well pump was not running. They showed up visually checked my fuse box for the well pump and told me it was fine. Gave me a $3400.00 estimate for a new pump wiring fuse box and so on. Turned out it was the fuse box. Because someone else decided to use a meter on it. $340.00 it ended up costing.The owner has since called this a fake review and threatened to report me to google. I have their original email and a printed copy as proof. These people are very sly when they give an estimate they automatically include discounts to reel you in their techs are and sound very professional. Please be aware!!!!!

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and prompt response from this company. As a local family run business, you can tell they genuinely care about their clientele. After recieveing some compassionate advice from *Fadi, he gave me their business card and we called them in regards to recent water softener issues. *Freddie immediately showed up to our home and assessed the situation. He was very friendly and informative, and addressed the current ussue without focusing on upselling or frills. I would recommend this company to anyone who has any plumbing concerns, they are truly great people to deal with, and are beyond reasonable.

We located and exposed a leaking drainage pipe behind the drywall in our basement - but it was in a very cramped and awkward position to access so I wanted to call in the professionals to handle it. We are so glad we chose PHD - not only did they arrive at our house within an hour of us calling them, but Jimmy and Connor who attended to handle the repair were able to very quickly assess and explain to us what needed to be done. They did a great job, achieving an awkward to handle repair without any further disruption at all to the wall or ceiling. They also tested the repair thoroughly and made sure we were happy with the results before leaving. We would not hesitate to use PHD for any other plumbing issues in the future....

When we found our well pump was leaking, I called PHD. They had someone to the house within a couple of hours. Freddy quickly identified the source of the leak, but also noticed another fitting that was badly corroded and that the pressure tank was failing (not too surprising given that the system hasn't been updated in 20 years). He was able to get all the parts, install and test everything the same day. Freddy was pleasant and professional. The repair was done in a day, efficiently and brought our well pump and pressure tank back up to code. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

Freddy & Peter installed a water softner & filter system in our home. They were professional, knowledgeable a nd communicated very well. The reviewed the estimate in detail and answered all of our questions. After the installation they took time to showed us the system and to explain the operation in detail.Highly recommend PHD.They cleaned the work area.

David and his crew are sensational, professional, and very easy to work with.We had them install new Kitchen and Bathroom quartz counters, a double sink, and new Taps. (See some before and after pics below.) They were very professional. The promised date was met, and the installation went faster and smoother than we expected. We are very pleased with all their work.After the job was done and the workers had left, we found that two of our drawers would not shut properly. The very next day David returned and with no fuss or muss, he fixed them.A lot of the quartz was skillfully hand cut here in our driveway because of this custom installation.The only advice I will give is that when quartz is being cut there is a lot of residual dust. It took us a while to get the dust out of our garage but that's my fault for leaving the door open.In the past, David has installed new toilets, shutoff valves, taps, and sinks for us and our relatives. There's nothing that he can't do.We highly recommend him and the professional PHD Plumbing family.
