Friendly service. Usually not busy in this store. I come here frequently as it's on my route to work. Coffee is always good, but the sausage breakfast sandwich doesn't compare to its equivalent at Macdonalds.I have started asking for it to be toasted and buttered, which improves it somewhat.

Incredibly rude staff (in particular the woman that does the drive through) and my orders are wrong all the time, despite not being a busy location. Very disappointing. Although this location is the closest to my house, I’ll be avoiding this one.

Terrible location. They’re just sloppy with their food prep and they never cut your bagels or sandwiches. Literally every other location I’ve been to cuts their bagels in half by default. My bagel basically had a slip of cheese in the center and I had to deconstruct it and spread the cheese out and break it in half for my partner to share with me.

Do employees pay out of pocket for chipotle here? Or is there a quota of how much they can use in a day? I’ve never seen a location struggle so hard with putting a sauce on a wrap

GARBAGE! Bought a farmers wrap from the drive-thru and took a bite but there was barely anything inside. Food looked very unappetizing so could not continue eating it. Service was horrible when asking for a refund. A young lady working there told me this was not a Tim Hortons wrap and laughed at me when I asked for a refund. After a long time a different employee finally gave me a refund. Will never return to this location.STAFF NEEDS TO BE TRAINED PROPERLY!ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

Worst Tim’s, and it’s worse because I live only 2 minutes from it. Service is horrible and food is disgusting they put no effort into the food. They close the drive thru extremely early and also lock the doors when there are still people inside and 30 minutes before closing. I go to the Tim’s on major Mac and city view instead because they have nicer workers, better food and service. A lot of the workers have a snobby attitude. Also, I have gone back so many times and they’ve made mistakes in my order and I have to ask them to fix it bc the mistake was just too terrible. For example putting ham on a sandwich when I don’t eat pork. Sometimes they make mistakes and I don’t even bother going back because I know I’ll just get attitude. I always regret giving this location a chance.

THE WORSTTTT Tim Hortons experience in my life. NOURA/NORA, the lady working drive-thru her attitude was repulsive. She was very ignorant, rude and racist. I'm so shocked with how I was spoken too from the intercom to the window. She's obviously projecting negative emotions onto customers and it's unacceptable. She claims no supervisor is available only her. I doubt that. Her attitude will be the downfall of that establishment. Manager needs to read these reviews and take action.

This was my go to spot after the one on Jane and Teston kept messing up my order however, the service at this one is now also going downhill too.Today I ordered an egg and cheese farmers wrap but got a bacon egg and cheese farmers wrap. So I drove back and they gave me the correct wrap but it was missing the hashbrown that comes inside the wrap so they technically messed up my order again lol.I’m now going have to now drive to the one on Cityview and Major Mac and hope for the best. Wish me luck…Also the speaker in the drive-thru sounds like someone inside is getting choked out because I could barely make out what they were saying.If you go through the drive-thru, I would highly recommend just speaking as loudly as you can or yelling so they yell your order back to you. At least this way you can actually hear them lol and they might actually try to get your order correct.
