I traded emails with this company about a particular product (biothane rope) they carried. I was impressed with how fast they responded and how good and helpful their replies were. I dropped in on them in person to ask more questions and see the product first hand. I was impressed with a gentleman there who stopped what he was doing, to help me out. When I went to place my order, to have a 25 foot long line and a 6 foot leash made up, (knowing it would have a 2 to 3 day turn around) he did it without hesitation right there on the spot. What customer service. Unbelievably friendly service.Thanks again.

Ordered 10' of BioThane webbing, got exactly that.... 2.5 weeks after I ordered it. If I'd known it would take that long, I would have driven the 3 hours to the store.Edited: placed a more recent order and received it 1 week from ordering.

Harness and Tack shop well equipped and stocked! but I actually went to check into getting my kids trampoline mat repaired. And they did right away ! Definitely recommend!
