I am astonished at the unprofessionalism, and before the party has even started! I asked a very simple question about a condominium regarding the pet policy. Instead of getting an answer to my question I got a reply stating that there was a conditional offer on the unit (basically, it might sell so no point answering my question.) So I wrote back promptly and explained that even if that unit sells I'm interested in a number of units in the area and that since it's the same management company dealing with a few of the units I was looking at that I would still like to know the anwer to the question. Silence. I thought it was rude and wrote back and called out how I was being ignored (maybe my messages got lost in the mix...) Nope...Silence... I guess the name Exit is fitting seeing as that's what I've done before even setting foot into the agency.
