Dana was super helpful, I went in Wednesday to get a birthday custom card for my work having no design idea on top my deadline was on Friday. She took the time and effort to come up with an idea and communicated with me effectively and meet my customer needs. I picked up the sample card on Thursday and received a feedback from my boss and he loved the outcome of card and we are coming to print more copies now.Highly recommend this place, very nice, friendly and professional staff.

I reached out to John at PrintWow a few months ago as I was preparing to launch my own business. John and his team designed the graphics for my company logo and printed all of my stationery requirements with a very professional image. John also directed me to a company who provided me with a .ca email address as I didn't know who to contact.John also turned around my requests in a very timely fashion and was reasonably price.I would highly recommend John and his team at PrintWow for all of your future graphic design and printing requirements!

I had some spiral bound journals printed through this company as product samples for my small business, so quality and price point were very important to me. They were able to do my custom print job at a great price, excellent quality. I had some issues with the A5 journals having too small a coil for the binding, and when I just mentioned it as feedback John offered to reprint whatever products I needed free of cost and free shipping; the reprints were perfectly bound, no further issues. Will definitely be printing with them again. Great products and fantastic customer service! 10/10.
