Kids Kingdom Daycare

This place was amazing! Had my sons eighth birthday here, he and all his friends loved it. They were exhausted by the end. They have a massive obstacle course, games, slides and a giant bouncy slide. There is also a toddler area and projector game. Staff was super nice and helpful, and the price was reasonable. Will definitely be back!

More than once we had a great time with our toddler at this location. Staff was polite and helpful; place was clean, play areas and toys were safe and reasonably maintained, specially considering the usage; lot of fun and a safe space for socialization of the kids. First adult accompanying the kids enters for free.

We attended a birthday party there, it was a hot day outside and it seemed like their air conditioning just couldn’t keep up, it was quite warm, a lot of the adults were sweating and many of the kids too. Most of their arcade games were out of order, I would say about 3/4 weren’t working, same with their massage chairs.A but disappointing after all the hype.

Very positive experience as usual. I had my son's birthday party here and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The party was fun and easy. We just showed up and kids played. Perfect! Thank you Una and all the staff who helped to make the day a fun one.

Hosted a 7-year-old’s birthday party on a Sunday afternoon. Staff, play structure, inflatable, party room, food, canteen, and price were all excellent. Brought our own peanut-free cake with no issues. More lighting above or in the castle structure would be nice for the kids. All in all, I’m happy with Kids Kingdom for parties and I recommend it!

We hosted a birthday party (kids between kindergarten and grade 3) and it was excellent, everyone had a blast - the kids were running / climbing /sliding the whole time on the play structure and the large inglatable. For us it was a great price and super convenient. We ordered cheese pizza, juice boxes and vanilla cake from there (everything brought to the room in a cart 1 hour after the party started). We brought a veggies tray, a fruits tray and water bottles. The cake ordered from Kids Kingdom was a rectangle which served around 15 people (kids + adults) with a lot of leftover. It was a plain vanilla cake with frosting (no filling), simple but very good. To be honest, I had ordered nicer/pricier cakes before and the children seemed to enjoy this simpler cake better. We asked for blue/green icing, and they wrote Happy Birthday ! , added some colored sprinkles and I brought the candle (they provided the cake knife). When we got there, the room was clean and all set with paper plates, cups, napkins and forks, chairs and tables. A lot of parents said how they enjoyed the party and were interested in hosting theirs there.

The small size of the place is convenient for parents. We can sit and feel confident that we know where our children are at all times- but the kids got bored quickly. They were too scared to use the lower areas of the structure as it was very dark. The decorations on the structure make it look like a castle but let no light in. It needs to be better lit or remove the castle decor- the kids honestly couldn’t care less. The slides were great in my opinion but again none of the kids were using them because they were too dark and intimidating- they all used the one set of open slides at the front. There was about a dozen arcade machines along two sections of the wall, of them only 5 or so actually worked and the cost of the tokens was pretty steep. There were two ride on machines in the middle of the play area and four massage chairs for parents- all of which were out of order and very uncomfortable to sit on. This place needs updating and major repairs. They should look at adding in a foam block pit and adding additional lighting at ground level. The coat room was clean and tidy. I loved the bins for the shoes and the sitting bench to get kids boots on and off.

If you do not want your child to be sick, do not choose this playground.I am calling out to the person who opened this business, is it healthy for his/her own child or grandchild to play in this area?*stepping on the floor with shoes off as soon as you enter,*only one inflatable playground and the castle made of wood is terrifying*the floors were completely covered with food scraps,*the 0-3 year old playground was dusty and most of the toys were old and broken.I do not count the young people working in the cafe section, shouting loudly, chasing each other in the hall, and videotaping the others. Let me tell you when a clean, decent place opens in the city of ottawa. when you don't like places like this.
