We have been going to Never Ending Tailz for about 14 years....my first dog who has since passed away went for grooming....I know he was never an easy customer but everyone was kind and gentle with him and he always looked handsome. My current pup has been going to Never Ending Tailz since I brought her home....for grooming but also for puppy training with Debbie, puppy socialization and now weekly daycare. This is a second home for her and she absolutely loves to come and play! Many of the same dogs have been there since she started so it is like a little play group and has been so good for her! Debbie, Alexis, Konomi and Marika are just the best....kind and caring towards the pups and their owners....also professional and lovely grooming every time! I'm so happy we discovered this amazing business.

This place is amazing the staff are so considerate and welcoming. They treated our puppy Max with lots of love and he looks amazing after his grooming. The owner Debbi I believe her name is, is very nice and you can tell she takes pride in her business so we are customers for life now. I highly recommend this place.

Debbie and her staff are always so great. We went here for training with our dog Wasabi when he was a puppy, and have been back a few times for grooming for our big fluffy dog. It may not be the cheapest place for grooming but they always take good care of him and his is always so handsome and smelling good when we pick him up. Quality service!

Paige is an outstanding groomer — she’s such a sweet soul! I’ve been to multiple groomers throughout the city and my pup would always get nicked on her skin. We’ve never had that issue or any issue with Paige.

I am extremely disappointed with this business. They are my neighbourhood groomer and we have gone three times. Last week I took my dog there, I got a phone call from the owner that he had burrs in his fur. A few hours later when I picked him up the owner suggested I may want to take him to the vet. When she got him from the back he could not walk on one leg. She held up his leash which had been chewed through and reluctantantly went and got a leash from the lost and found. She charged me full price...two vet visits and $550 in bills later I left a message for the owner, trying to understand the full story of what had happened. Two days later she still has not returned my call. This owner is clearly completely unprofessional and only out for money. Unless you want your dog to have an extreme anxiety attack with no understanding as to why DO NOT visit this shop.

Very helpful and nice staff. They treat the pet with utmost care. I fully endorse this business.
