I really could like this bite-sized airport. Depending on their mood/the weather, staff can be anything from obviously insulting to really helpful (I wish you luck!) and my advice for you is to choose long-term parking. If you choose to use the family room you're only allowed there for a few minutes at a time, so I don't see what their plans are for parents whose kids live with behavioral issues. Other than that, welcomes to Regina! Or, we're sad to see you leave!!

WestJet employees are completely clueless. No help from customer service no help from the 1-800 number employees scared of getting wet because there was a storm so they shut the counters and the belts off early which caused me to miss my flight after being notified, it was delayed. This has got to be the worst treatment I have ever received at any airport in my entire life. The entire airport seems to shut down at 7 o’clock. No employees anywhere no help. When you do find assistance, everyone seems very grumpy and rude. If I could do a negative review, I would.

They have updated their selection of places to eat inside the security and they have a cool kids play structure as well. Pretty sweet.

Exceeds my expectations! Clean, friendly airport and security staff. Spacious waiting areas off the beaten track. I am particularly impressed with the service dog rest area!! What an amazing idea. AED and first aid station are centrally located. For travellers with high energy youngsters, there is a child friendly play area, which includes a slide, TV, small tables, and comfortable chairs!!! Very impressive indeed.

Very nice and clean airport! Although it was not huge, it has everything you need. The ground services were great. The luggage delivery was pretty quicker! Before after the security check line, there was no shop and restaurants! However, now there are Tim Hortons, Skyway Grill and RELAY inside the gates, so you can relax and enjoy the food before getting on the flight when you are hungry! There is also a children playground and TV Station, which is a most thoughtful addition! Love it!

Small but extremely comfortable airport, not a lot of restaurants available during a layover but they do have a Tim Hortons which is a positive. The airport staff are friendly and the overall extremely clean.

Was able to get through Toronto Pearson with no issues but had all the issues at YQRLiquids for babies don’t have limits, however they dumped all my sons water (lap riding infant 16 months old)Tried to confiscate the baby lotion from the diaper bag which had previously been okSecurity also tried to take my sons toy truck because “it’s a weapon” it’s a child’s toy!!!Counter staff at west jet(the woman I dealt with) was absolutely clueless, didn’t give me my boarding pass and I had to go back to get it, but then she didn’t give me the boarding pass for my connecting flight in Calgary,(Calgary airport fixed her problem)Worst experience ever

Plenty of seats while waiting for the next flight. Some shops/cafes are closed when we arrived. Washroom is very clean and not cramped.

Nice small yet an international airport, have all amenities of an airport and don't need to walk for miles off and on flights. Unfortunately, outside parking is limited when airport is busy and in summer time, not much clear signage for navigations in and out of airport, rental cars parking lot is hard to find. And no shops for passing time, there are food stores for coffee, tea, drinks and food items to purchase. Power stations to charge devices.
