Great service , above & beyond !!! Thank you Todd you went out of your way to help me out , the morning after the snow storm , i was cleaning my car with my snow brush , accidentally hit the back license plate , it fell off . Screws of my back license were old, and Todd was nice enough to take out the old screws out and then put in the new screws in on my car's licence plate . And a week earlier Corey help me out put in my new wiper blades on my car and i bought other items when i was there too !! So again Car Quest thank you very much for the great services , very good prices and knowledgeable staff !!! Thanks again Todd & Corey.....

Called to see if they had part in stock .....was told yes....drove 100 kn to get the part .....once got there they refused to take my cash. Left without part .....tks out 2 hours time and $40 in gas.

They told me ALL car parts retailers have a no return policy on uninstalled electrical parts. Not true, did just that with NAPA about a month ago, no problem, as with any other parts place in my experience as long as it wasn't installed on the vehicle it can be returned. Part I was trying to return to Carquest was still sealed in the plastic, unopened. I did auto technician work for over 10 years. These people lie. They also don't like to honor warranties, had a big hassle with that a year back. I highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere. Lying to customers is a sure way to lose them. It's also funny how they didn't tell me it was non-returnable when I purchased the part to have it on hand if I needed it.
