Okanagan Sundeck Centre - Vinyl Decking, Aluminum Deck Railing

Service provided: Alluminum railings for stairs on back deck. Frameless glass railing as well as Tuffdeck vinyl on front deck.Excellent customer service with our super friendsly sales person Ray!!! Cannot say enough about our experience with Okanagan Sundeck Centre. First off, they returned my call for a request for a quote and booked my appointment within a few days, which is amazing compared to the other 4 companies in Kelowna that did not return my call. During the appointment, while my contractor was on site, Ray took the time to discuess the technical terms to ensure they both had the necessary information for the job. This ended up being crucial as our contractor then sealed up the deck after installing block supports with the measurements to match Sundecks system. If Ray had not taken the time to do this, our deck would have needed to be reopened to re-install block supports with the specifications unique to each system/company. Ray is personable, professional, and knowledgeable about the products. He takes the time to answer questions to ensure you feel at ease using their service. I would highly recommend using Okanagan Sundeck Centre for your home.

Had vinyl decking installed as well as glass railings. The decking material colour was a greyish marble and very soon after it was installed it started to change colour to a brown colour. The colour change isn’t all over but in about half the deck. It seems like a possible negative reaction to the adhesive used but not sure about that.I contacted Okanagan Sundeck Centre and they blew me off and said the only warranty is on waterproofing, not appearance or anything else. That was the end of discussion.Very disappointed in the unprofessional and attitude of the firm. They didn’t even come out to see the decking.The installer did a great job but he works elsewhere now.

Deck covering discoloration and theManufacturer is blaming it on the installation and the Sundeck Center not interested in even coming out to see the poor product.

Not recommended as my deck was a mess from the start,walls are peeling ,floor is lifting ,all the filler in screw holes have popped and you can see every joint in the plywood ,company representative has been here and pushes blame on the builder so here I am with one crapy looking deck and this was a brand new build
