Very rude staff, specially the manager.He provide incorrect information. When I complained, he gets angry and yelled racist comments towards the customer.He called be bloody and yelled at me to back to where I came from.

They do not honor warranty!!! Says processing fee on device is $399 when you pay for the warranty. But when you go to claim they Try to charge you $1100 !!! Or make you switch providers ie. Telus to Rogers very slimy when your contract is with Telus NOT Rogers AVOID THIS SCAM SHOP

I have been a long-time customer. I have always had excellent customer service. However, recently there was a miscommunication between my recent upgrade and what I was told and understood.I, unfortunately, got frustrated with Prince, the Manager of The Mobile Shop, and Fido. Prince took the time to explain the miscommunication, as Fido was not helpful and compounded it. Prince rectified the situation when he clearly, did not need to in this case.If this isn't outstanding customer service, I don't know what is? Why would you go anywhere else? Thank you, Prince, for being patient, understanding, dealing with my frustration, and going above and beyond to ensure that my issue and misunderstanding were resolved.I will continue to recommend and bring my business to this location.

Prince and Aman saved us over $100 on our phone bills and we walked out with 4 new phones!!! Really good customer service and knowledge of the right plans for you!

Unfortunately, they would be extremely rude to you when you are not here to make them a commission. Mohamed was helpful when I was making the purchase. But when I came back to the store to resolve a problem, since the phone didn’t work right out of the box. Mohamed was rude and loud, using excuses such as other customers are waiting to send me away, for my simple demand to return the phone and have my trade in back.I’m now stuck with a half dead phone waiting for his manager to come back in two days.

These guys are amazing. I have been coming here for more than 10 years and never been disappointed. Excellent customer service, extremely patient and always happy to help and advice.

The worst place to deal with. They try to hock you up with a plan; however, they will hide charges and many complicated things in your bill. I was suppose to pay $210 per month, I ended up paying $330. I had the worst experience with them. Once you sign the contract, they will say we cannot help you. I am not exaggerated at all. I recommend that you deal the trusted big retails and avoid dealing with these guys if you want a peace of mind. I usually do not give a bad reviews, but this place actually is ridiculous.

I've been here 3 times to get phones for my kids. Farzad is my go-to Cellular specialist. He always has a cheerful & helpful attitude. He takes the time to listen & he's not pushy when I tell him I don't want something.I very much appreciate that he has never been judgemental when I tell him that I am on a budget. I highly recommend this little kiosk inside Superstore.
